[nc-intake] Stockholm

NC Intake,
On the agenda ideas for Stockholm, the NC agreed to talk only issues not
procedures at this public meeting so budget matters remain off the agenda.

Tucows are asking every constituency for a slot on their agenda I think this
will be enough exposure for a commercial entity and as proposed anything
relevant can be part of the WHOIs report.

New constituency creation is a part of the DNSO business plan and is already
on the agenda.

WIPO 3 is at an interim discussion stage and is inviting public comments. A
presentation on possible outcomes will not be useful. There are a lot of
issues to be discussed and resolved by WIPO before they can come up with a
proposal for PRACTICAL changes to the UDRP.

But I have now added GA chair, dot biz, dot info have confirmed, ICANN staff
with talk about multi-lingual outreach and I have added dot org. That lot
should keep us going. I'll post a tidied up agenda soon
