So this means that no reports neither from Budget Commitee neither form
Search Commitee...right?

But it is good to know anyway what's going on. However, I must tell you
that my proposal of having Kathy Kleinman speaking about WIPO-3 was a
misundersting of my part. She asked me to talk about it in the NCDNHC
meeting, not in the NC meeting. But the confussion was cleared. However,
if you this group change of opinion, still she is open to update the NC on
WIPO-3 subject.
