Hi Elisabeth:

Of course, I will investigate what you are proposing here.

About the needs of the GA in term of communications, I am fully agree that they need more than pure mailing lists.

But, I think the GA themselves should be able to determine what they want in terms of communications.

I would like to see a Working Group in the GA that deals with the following topics:
1.  Communications needs of the GA
2.  Effective and low cost solutions
3.  technical advisory

That GA members answers simply propose the things they would want to see implemented, or at least, the things they want to achieve, so then the working group, or commitee would propose solutions (I think that as far as such solutions doesn't involves costs or verylow costs, then why not implement them?)

What do others think?
