Philip,
Although a misunderstanding is always possible, I believe (but I will check) 
that I have attached to my message to the GA the draft report "as is", 
including the timetable of the future steps.
Anyway, I will send a message to the GA as per your suggestion, making sure 
that the situation is well understood.
