Roberto,
ref the below. It seems that you have already copied the draft interim
report to the ga list and the list is confused. It is treating it as a
finished report and asking about public comment periods etc

Could you please send a note to the GA explaining:
1. the nature of this document ( work in progress)
2. and that as soon as the task force has agreed a report will be circulated
3. and that of course there will be adequate time for ga and public comment.

Roberto,

I would prefer that the original draft is not circulated outside the review
group yet. It will only lead to unnecessary confusion as it is NOT the
interim report of the task force. That report will be the one modified
following your comments and others.
