I have attached my report - summary in blue.

Apologies for not taking a more active role in this task group... been very
busy on this end especially with the release of new piece of draft
legislation (South Africa - Electronic Communications and Transactions Bill)
- It appears our government wishes to regulate a number of issues,
especially the ccTLD.
