I would "vote" for draft "B" if you
could merge in paragraph 1 and 4 of
"A" which are very good.
(Note: Paragraph 1 in "B" is not needed.)
Otherwise, if you are keeping track
of "votes", I would go for "A". But if the majority
goes for "B" you can add our name to that document.
