I would also prefer that this meeting be held in Stockholm. Especially given
that the dates are fairly close, and there will be a large group attending
Stockholm already.

Washington is about as far away from Australia as Stockholm!

I will vote for a few days before the Stockholm meetings.  AAMOF, my 
tickets were drawn from Seoul to Tokyo to LAX to DCA to BOS to Stockholm.
