[registrars] 2 character SLDs

Dear Colleagues:

There is a restrictions on using SLDs shorter than three characters for 
.info and .biz.

What about .pro, where .pro could be "md.pro".

Now to .name.  The second level could be a given name or a surname.  I know 
a Japanese given name of Ai.  And Japanese surnames Oh and Oi.

What are the rules for second level in .pro and .name?
