RE: [registrars] Teleconference

Elana, Mike, and everyone,

InterAccess/Allegiance Telecom would be happy to host a teleconference
on Monday morning.  I believe that the best time during the summer
for a teleconference is 14:00 GMT (10:00 AM New York, 9:00 AM Chicago,
3:00 PM London, and 11:00 PM Tokyo).  If the constituency agrees, I
will set up a conference call for that time.

I agree that a teleconference is necessary to determine the appropriate
constituency position on the transfer issue.  This situation affects
all of us, and any action (or even lack thereof) could have a long-
lasting effect on each of our businesses.
