[registrars] Fw: Registrar Constituency Progress on Policies Concerning Transfers of Sponsorship of Registrations


Fellow registrars...

This is the "process issue"  i publicly expressed so much concern about at
the meeting in stockholm...

As Registrars, we absolutely NEED to be pro-active on this issue as opposed
to having something "mandated" on us.
