[registrars] Litigation Update

ICANN now has a page that lists ICANN and NeuLevel's responses in the Smiley
litigation. The documents are well written and worth reading, particularly
by those registrars that have been named but not served.

I have heard that Amazon has also replied to the NeuLevel Declaratory
Judgment action. I will try to locate these documents online as well.
