The following link provides an alleged summary of the Judge's ruling in the
Preliminary Injunction hearing. Please remember that this is only a
preliminary injunction and is NOT a final disposition of the case.

It is interesting to note that the judge limited her injunction to
non-unique names. By allowing unique names (only one .BIZ registration
request submitted) to go forward, it appears that the Judge does not believe
that the class was harmed by those individuals that decided never to submit
a domain name request.
