A hearing has been scheduled for 1:45 p.m. local time today to resolve some
lingering issues from last week's hearing. The hearing will likely focus on
the precise relief to be included in the written Order, which has not yet
issued. I understand that NeuLevel believes it is not required to tender
$3,000,000 into the Court, which, if accepted by the Court, should also
lower the amount of the Plaintiffs' bond (one element of the bond was the
lost use of the $3 million pending trial). In other .biz news, NeuLevel has
revised its launch date to November 7th.
