Domain name is registered with Registrar A
Registrar B for one of its customer buys a WLS subscription.
The Registry confirms it got it
Registrar B shows in his whois data related to WLS subscription.

Registry whois,
1) either is updated to show one extra information (which Registrar
has a WLS on the domain name queried as well as which Registrar
handles it as it is right now)
2) or has something added to it (like a whois on another
port/server) which can be queried by domain name, and gives back
only the Registrar name having a WLS subscription on it (if any),
with eventually a redirection, like it is done now for domain names.
