[registrars] PERFECT SOLUTION - for WLS communication to registrant
The only approach I see feasible at this point in time
* Registrar A has xyz.com
* Registrar B buys WLS on xyz.com
* Registry notifies Registrar A that Registrar B has a WLS on xyz.com
* Registry shows that xyz.com has a WLS on it in the Registry, also
pointing to the Registrar who has the WLS (Reg B)
* Registrar A can use the notification from the Registry to show an
extra note in their whois stating that there is a WLS on the name, as
well as decide whether they wish to communicate with the Registrant of
xyz.com about this or not
This resolves ALL the issues that have been going to and fro and takes
care of the following
* The fact that there is a WLS on the name and which registrar has the
WLS is open (since the registry knows abt it)
* The Registrar who currently has the domain name is notified about the
WLS so that he can inform his Customer if he chooses to
* Noone but the Registrar of the domain should correspond with the
Registrant. It would create a lot of confusion and issues if Registrar B
for instance had to communicate with the Customer of Registrar A to
inform the Customer about a WLS on his name. Judging from the CRYPTIC
mails that most registrars send their customers for transfer approvals,
I can imagine the kind of mails another Registrar could send to my
Customer about a WLS subscription and the kind of headaCHE IT WOULD
CREATE
* The Current Registrar has the choice of communicating with the
customer as well as displaying the WLS information in his whois lookup.
Considering the Registrar has the incentive to keep the domain name I
believe there are significant chances that he may inform the Customer
