Re: [registrars] Who "affordable-domains.com" is.
Aplus.Net certifies hereby that Aplus.Net has nothing to do with any of the
aforementioned operations and schemes.
Aplus.Net is a difersified Service Provider and offers among other things
dedicated servers, virtual private servers and co-location services. Any one
of these can potentialy be a host of such operations.
Aplus.Net is ICANN accredited Registrar. It registers domain names under the
Names4Ever brand and does not have any other brands or web sites dedicated
to domain names registration. We have hundreds of Resellers trough our
Reseller programm. I checked about this particular reseller and they do not
appear to be resellers of Aplus.Net.
Aplus.Net has raised many times the issue of watchdog organization within
ICANN, at ICANN meetings and at this forum. Unfortunately ICANN opted to
mushroom many other bodies, but not this one. With this being the case, we
have to resort to courts to resolve this and similar issues. Aplus.Net will
fully cooperate in such proceedings.
Ivan Vachovsky,
CEO Aplus.Net
