RE: [registrars] Re: Registrars Collecting on Multi-Year Registrations
What would think about the registries giving us 5 days to cancel with full
refund as they do now, but add a 30-60 day window in which we could cancel
and receive a refund less 1 year?

The discussion here was however with respect tio verisign registry not
making it easier for registrars to reduce theirt losses incase of
fraudulent transactions on multi-year domain registrations.
If a domain is deleted and it has 10 years we should atleast be refunded
for 9 years.
Offcourse there is the addtl tweak of reducing costing on multi year
registrations since they would make money on the interest float anyways.
However the fraud concern is a higher concern
