RE: [registrars] Credit Card Problem
We monitor every morning large transaction with some profiling. We have
recently gotten emails from Visa, MC and Discover Card that increased
transaction fees up to .50 cents will be applied if the CVV2 or CID code are
not passed back. Using the CVV2 code along with the AVS has drastically cut
down our fraud.
Thanks,
David

::All,
::
::I agree on both accounts, we should get refunded on the unused deleted

::cards.
::I do not se why the sharing of stolen credit card numbers and or bogus
::e-mail addresses could be a privacy problem.
::We should address this issue as soon as possible.
