There is no intention to act on the resolution or table it for vote until
such time that the TF work is deemed complete - ie, the final report has
already passed public comment and all input has been gathered.

In the meantime, we need to ensure that we have all of our work items
completed (documentation, resolutions, recommendations, public input
statements, etc)
