[registrars] Transfers Implementation Report
Hello All, Please find attached the report of the Transfers Implementation Committee that examined the Transfers Task Force recommendations (which were approved by the GNSO Council in December), and also suggested some improvements to the recommendations. This report will be considered by the GNSO Council along with the Transfers Task Force report in the GNSO meeting on 20 Feb 2003. A final report will be submitted to the ICANN Board by the end of February and will be on the ICANN Board's agenda for the Rio de Janeiro meeting in March 03.
