[registrars] Recover Report succeeded.

Dear Colleagues:  I'm pleased to report that we have finally gotten our 
Restore Report accepted and the cancelled domain now shows Status=Active.

I also am pleased to repeat my prior statement, the domain was included in 
the zone files from the date of requesting that it be restored.  The 
registrant wrote over night that he was happy, even though the Restore 
Report had not yet been filed.
