R: [registrars] Disclosure of interest Tom Keller

Hi,
I just want to drop a quick note to thank all of you who, trough the
list or privately, supported my nomination and a special thank to
Amadeu, who greatly surprised me when first proposed my person for the
position. 

I have to agree with Amadeu: Tom will be an excellent reps for the
legitimate registrar's interests :-). 
I would probably not be as good as Tom will be. Browsing trough the
"candidate requirements" list that Bruce posted a few days ago, I'm not
really sure I really "comply", not even for the strong verbal english.
And for sure I'm more skilled on the ccTLDs, which represents our core
business, rather than the gTLD world (I should probably candidate myself
for the CNSO :-). And I'm not even as vocal as Tom has proved to be.

Thnx again to everybody, Tom has my support!
