RE: [registrars] ELECTION FOR ICANN BOARD MEMBERS - SEAT 14

Rick,

Agreed if we cannot decide the constituency should weigh in as proposed in
the new by-laws. For the proposes of allowing the constituency to make a
fully informed decision, I have posted the email that was originally sent to
all non-registered voters as well as the correspondence from Michael
detailing the problems he was encountering with our efax account.

Rick,

I have been trying to get in contact with everyone that had paid but not
registered. For $750 I figured it deserved a little personal outreach in
addition to your helpful posts.

The good news is that almost everyone was able to provide the necessary
information.

Just to recap

USA Webhost - efax received
Nominalia - efax received
Moniker - efax received
Interdomain - efax received

I sent emails to contacts that I have at AGIP, @ComTechnology and Gabia.

I have had no response yet from AGIP or Gabia.

@ComTechnology below stated that they had been unable to fax in the form. So
I told them to send it in via email.

I do not have valid contact data for BookMyName as Gerarld left a couple of
months ago.

I do not believe there is anything else that the Executive Committee can do
to encourage people to sign up.

Best regards,

Mike

P.S. Thanks to Rick, Ken and Bruce for working to ensure that the registrar
constituency was afforded its full voting rights in the upcoming election.
Because of me being a candidate my hands were some what tied.
