Dear Rob:  Thank you for your comment.  My motion may die for the lack of a 
second.

My point remains, Boardroom permits us to see how others vote *prior_to* 
the closing of the ballot.  That is the primary reason I object to it. The 
ballot should be secret until the end of the voting period.
