Dear Rob:  OK, let's see how we can do this properly.  Here is the original

Moved that the Boardroom Votebot system not be used for future elections 
within the Registrar Constituency.

Moved that the Registrar Constituency employ Votebot system which does not 
permit Members to view the results until after the close of the election.

In the mean time and related to the utility vs cost of the Boardroom, it 
would be beneficial to see the web statistics on our usage of the 
Boardroom.  It's my guess that there is little or no activity except at 
election time.  If so, the $250/month fee may not be beneficial to the RC.
