Milton, sorry but the NC made just two changes to the proposals of the UDRP
interim committee and these changes were clear- to exclude members of the
original drafting group and to add an additional independent.

My interpretation of this is that we need to go back to the NC if you want
to do anything different.   But do try first to find nominees that fit the
spec.
