Milton, before you go offline for the holidays, I also thought of something
that is not specifically spelled out in the TOR.  As you know, all of the NC
wgs,committees, Task Forces need to have an NC Chair, liason (whatever you
want to call it).  Given the time commitment I am not expecting millions to
apply.  And, given that we have been the two active members so far, suspect
that no one on the NC would object to us co-chairing this Task Force.  What
do you think?

If you agree, do you agree that we would still be allowed to have a
representative from each of our Constituencies?
