[comments-wgb] I am opposed to "Sunrise Plus Twenty"

Trademark and servicemark are not an absolutely exclusive
right to the use of an image or phrase.  New products and
services may use the same image and phrase if they are not
competitors of the current holders in the same service or
goods markets.

Right of first refusal would give current trademark and
servicemark holders an advantage on the Internet that the laws
of the United States and other countries do not afford them
in other media.

ICANN would be seriously degrading the ability of new businesses
to create market presence if the "Sunrise Plus Twenty" policy
is effected.
