Dear Sir/Madame,

This e-mail expresses the support of The Procter & Gamble Company's for a
mechanism, such as the "Sunrise Proposal Plus Twenty" proposal, to minimize the
potential for trademark and tradename infringement as a result of new TLDs.
Current valid owners of trademarks and tradenames should have an opportunity to
obtain new TLDs for such names before parties without such pre-existing rights.
Such a mechanism is very important to protect current valid owners of trademarks
and tradenames from persons who speculate by registering the trademarks and
tradenames of others as new domain names.
