I am a trademark and interational lawyer and have followed WG-B.  I
represent small companies.  I support the Sunrise +20 proposal as a good
effort to deal with a difficult problem.  It will help to avoid the
nightmare of cybersquatting.  It would give a preference only to
previous trademarks and after the Sunrise period expires would rely on
the UDRP.  It deserves consideration by the Names Council and the ICANN
Board.
