[comments-whois] Whois Data fields and contact information necessary.

Task force members, ICANN BoD members, and other interested parties,

  The most concerning issue regarding Whois is the data that is provided

or to be provided regarding contact information for a given Domain Name.

Such specific information in the decided opinion of our [INEGroup]
members should be required to be accurate, and kept up to date
in a reasonable and prudent manner.  However our members
do not see any need, and in fact see inherent personal security
concerns with the contact information as to the registrant and the
Admin contact be inclusive of personal address, personal
E-Mail address of the registrant, or personal phone number
the registrant.  This information should decidedly not be
a requirement.

  Further our [INEGroup] members decidedly believe that only
an admin. E-Mail and phone number contact that is of that Admin.'s.
choice that are working phone Number and E-Mail address.

  Further that no cost charges should be allowed by any registrar or
registry for such Whois lookups on any domain name by any
stakeholder/user in perpetuity.

Further that any future changes to any and all Whois facilities
be the expressed and determined by vote of any and all
interested parties or stakeholders/users without exception.
