Did I say I was speaking on behalf of ccTLD interests?

Those are not the only primary stakeholder group that DNSO needs to embrace and
listen to.

And also remember, not ALL ccTLD interests are the same.  Listening to some
ccTLDs and not others is no better.  

Open the lists NOW.

Begin making substantial progress in adopting changes from a broader source.
