Merge draft

Could someone(s) please help me cut to the chase on the various DNSO
drafts, so I can complete the proposal comparison page at
www.domainhandbook.com/comp-dnso.html.

* Should the January 17 DNSO.ORG "merged" draft *replace* the December 16 one?
* Does ORSC have a later version?
* I'll add AIP's draft, but have any other full-fleshed DNSO proposals been
posted?

A comparison table with more than five columns gets unwieldy, but it's too
late to change formats.
