I object to every post to which I feel I have to add something to the
debate.
If it happens to be yours, that means that we are both providing food for
thought to the others, which in principle is a good thing.
To the specific post, I am in favour of deciding in a timely manner who are
the Registrars that will be included in test phase that is supposed to start
in April.
This said, I don't see any alternative to ICANN picking them up. If you have
a different proposal, please say so.

My salary is fully paid by ETSI, and in this debate I have the non
negligeable advantage of being able to say what I think without having to
worry about who will like it and who won't.
About the question of open Board meetings, just to make an example, I am
against the current ICANN's postion, and I am saying it without any problem.
As for my plans for the future, I wholeheartedly hope that this circus will
finish as soon as possible, and to be able to go back to my normal job of
Development Manager, working more reasonable hours, and have more time for
my family and my music ;>)
