RE: [wg-b] Straw Vote Results



In light of the news, that you dropped yesterday, that DNS names cannot
be trademarks, or represent trademarks, It can then be argued that DNS
names cannot violate trademarks either. Ergo, there is no issue with
famous marks since  the ability to violate a trademark is a
pre-requisite for violating a famous mark. Ergo, exclusionary lists are
irrelevant and possibly illegal for the stated purpose, under US law.
