This WG was chartered to meet online and in teleconferences,
and to produce a draft report for public comment by August 9.

Apart from the fact that delaying a report until November is 
completely inconsistent with our charter, the move for a face-to-
face conference as the ultimate arbiter of our work seems to be
an attempt to disfranchise those of us whose day jobs make it 
unlikely that we can attend.

In other words, I object.  I object to postponing action until November,
and I object to the very concept of this WG utilizing media other than 
those authorized in our charter.

It also bears noting that there are persons posting on this list whose
agendae do not appear to be consistent with the production of a report
of any kind, let alone a timely report.  The time has come for those of us
who are responding to the charter to start recognizing the trolls and treating
them accordingly.
