Dear Marilyn:

Actually, there is no relationship between PSI-Japan and PSINet.  I've 
posted another item on the subject.  I also posted something on -- was it 
ZNet -- yes it was.

We are both active in this market, we've been here since 1981.  No 
conflicts between us to date.  We are not an ISP.
