Dear Marilyn:  Amazing, from the time it was "dropped" till it was passed 
was only 45 days.  Normally, such a bill takes two sessions, over 365 
days.  I was in D.C. calling on "The Hill" Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 
the prior week, it was introduced on Monday, 21 June.
