WG-C is seeking on how to add gTLDs (generic TLDs), not fmTLDs (famous mark
TLDs).

Wanna discuss criteria on applicants for the tender of the running of a gTLD
registry? Fine by me... I think that IS within the scope of WG-C.
so is the question as to how many.
