Those tossing around threats of litigation should be aware of their
insulting and counter-productive effect, both on general discussions and
the credibility of those doing the tossing.
One could argue that in the current circumstances, the tossing is not
insulting. Given the number of attorneys involved in the process, such
tossing is merely silly.
