[wg-c] Cyberlaw Course

As I indicated a few weeks ago, I am teaching a law school course on
Cyberlaw and asked my  students to read and evaluate the WG-C Interim
Report. After discussing the report in class and on the course listserv, the
class did not arrive at consensus supporting any of the proposals in the
Interim report. My own view is that the cybersquatting cases that the class
studied added a level of sensitivity to the trademark issues that undergird
general hesitation to adopt additional gTLDs. I should add that the proposal
receiving the most vocal support was Proposal A.
