Mr. Sheppard,

Kindly elaborate on the purpose and principles. Oddly the only items that
are available to me which might shed light on the views you hold, are two
items posted on December 10th and 16th. They are not a lot to go on, to be
frank, and what there is has an odd ring to it, and I'm used to Belgians
working in English.

Please favor me, favor us, with some fuller expression of your thoughts,
