That would imply that this working group (and IANA/ICANN) would have no
interest or role in the current iDNS activities to create an alternative
Asian-language/character set root server system for the Asian language
renderings of .com, .net, .org etc...

And that if other alternative root server services choose to support the
iDNS activities to create some kind of worldwide group of non-ICANN
multilingual TLDs, IANA/ICANN would have no role or interest in that as
