Such activities are independent of ICANN and irrelevant to it.

ICANN has EVERY business to CONTINUE the regulation of the IANA-derived 
DNS, and entity which has had regulation since its inception, 15 years ago.

Discussion about ICANN policy will be facilitated by attention to the 
actual history of this activity.
