	UTC is Coordinated Universal Time (or, I guess, Univeral Time
Coordinated).  It's what we used to call Greenwich Mean Time, not
incorporating daylight savings shifts (I think); it's five hours ahead of
the U.S. East Coast and one hour behind the rest of Western Europe.
