I really don't think that is the case. I certainly find that attorneys
continuously caution me/and I suspect other clients not to think that all
names are "famous".
there's a serious effort to try to reach some agreement. Let's see how that
progresses.

The problem is of course that when asked, it seems the vast majority of TM
attornies believe that every trademarked term/phrase in existence is
"famous."
