Re: [wg-e] Outreach Materials, etc.



my comments as follows;

1. our primary object is to deliver the final report as requested by Names
   Council.

2. we may carry on additional efforts as appropriate.

3. regarding fund raising,  i believe the group which should take charge is
   DNSO General Assembly(possibly with Names Council), and ICANN At-Large.
   regarding the latter, esther and others started to work for the initial
   funding on membership drive.  nobody has initiated anything on DNSO GA
   yet, and we should discuss at GA as well as Names Council.

4. when you say the brochures, are you talking on DNSO brochure and/or
   ICANN brochure.  if the latter is the case, we should talk to icann
   possibly through andrew.

   developing a prototype brochure with possible funding by ourselves would
   be permissible, but we should ask icann and/or dnso on this matter as
   they may be planning something similar.
