There have been five working groups in DNSO so far.
Four of them were dissolved after having accomplished their missions
and one, WG-D, is still existing since its formation 1999. June.
The five working groups had to revert to WG repeatedly
until the WG's final report was submitted to NC and
it was accepted by NC.

Appreciating those who started the discussion already,
I would like to remind members here that we have around
two weeks before we formalize the position of this working group.
The role should be more clarified in the "charter" discussion
which was started by Karl and Roeland.
