[wg-review] Message bounced, Membership not approved yet.

This is a bounced message from Michael Sondow.

Some members have had trouble with getting in this WG and 
some messages have been bounced even though they are members. 

To solve those problems, I first try out mannual update or action
which didn't work out at all, so please take steps through "majordomo"
and let me get "approve wg-review" message for its approval process.

Hope we can finalize this technical problem asap to get things done.

This means that the people and organizations that have been excluded
from the DNSO constituencies will not have the opportunity to
comment. In other words, no one who has been in opposition to the
present DNSO structure will be permited to oppose it, on this list.
Clever.

My own recent contributions to the list have not been posted. That
is why I'm taking the liberty to post directly to the list members.
I hope you won't mind my doing this, in a spirit of fairness and
democratic access.
